GRILL & CHILL

The summer dream team and the best way to spend the sweet chill-out existence. We fire up the smokers, turn on our incredibly smart ceramic grills and get meat, fish and vegetarian dishes sizzling. There are also delicious Distelhäuser beer specialties and wines from top winemakers.

Grill & Chill: 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m

Price per person EUR 58.00 (without drinks).

WOOD OVEN meets GRILL

Every Wednesday… you know what’s coming! Our wood-fired Wednesday is a fixture in the summer feast calendar. We cook in the wood-burning oven and on the kettle grills and serve you a 3-course GENUSS.DINNER or individual dishes from it. A fragrant thing and something delicious!

DIP ME BABY!

Say Cheese! Always nice and friendly when the organic cheese melts in front of you and the organic wine colors your cheeks. Treat yourself to a creamy cheese fondue with cheese from the organic cheese dairy and a bottle of “Cuvée Alte Reben” from the organic Seitz winery in Königheim.
